Cowboy Caviar is a small Canadian owned business that has the most delicious snacks! Made with 100% Canadian Beef produced in Canada supporting local farmers.
$16.00 per pack, with the preschool receiving $5.00 in return for every Beef jerky pack sold.

This week we talked lots about friendship. To put this into action, we played lots of games of musical stools. When it was time to take some stools away, instead of children being 'out' we came up with ways to share the stools. Sand bin, grocery store center, and some science items were also big hits! Letter of the week was "W", and we came up with lots of words considering it's a trickier one! And on Friday, Mrs. Mawer brought out the parachute!

Last week was Shape week! Complete with a painting craft and a shape sort. We learned some shape songs, played shape bingo and a shape fishing game. The children also loved building and experimenting with the ramps. And...Look at all the words we came up with for the letter B!!

It's been a busy January so far. We have been practicing our marker grip, colouring, and tracing. Alphabet games have been part of our circle time and we have continued Letter of the Week. We also had lots of fun with PJ day and muffin making. Ms. Amber came to visit on Thursday morning, and we would like to officially welcome Mrs. Leafloor who in addition to being a substitute at Beginnings will now be joining us on Monday, Wednesday and Friday afternoons.
