Cool off this summer—Spray Parks are OPEN June 5 to August 30, 2026! 💦

Stanley Park is scheduled to open for the season on Wednesday, June 10, following the completion of required repairs.

Here is a list of all the fun events we’ve got planned for our Pride Week!!

Pooch Pride on Sunday, June 7 at the Riverbank Discovery Centre from 1:00 - 4:00 pm. Join us and the wonderful adoption agencies in Brandon!

Pride Cafe on Monday, June 8 at Chez Angela from 5:00 - 8:00 pm. Bring a game, a craft, or just enjoy some conversation.

Pride in Solidarity Panel with the Brandon and District Labour Council on Tuesday, June 9th at the Lorne Watson Recital Hall at Brandon University from 5:30 - 7:00 pm.

Wednesday, June 10th is Queeraoke at Black Wheat Brewing from 7:30 - 11:00 pm. Grab a pint and sign your heart out!

Thursday, June 11th Making our Mark III gallery opens at the Art Gallery of Southwestern Manitoba. Sign making will start at 6:00 pm. Reception begins at 7:00 pm.

Friday, June 12th is our Brick by Brick Pride Social at East Side Eatery from 9:00 - 2:00 am!! Come watch the talented queens from The House of Hex and Kaos!!!

Saturday, June 13th we have the biggest Pride in the Park!! So many booths, amazing performers, Ride with Pride Car Show, and more!! Celebration starts at 4:30!! We’ve got performances from The Bobby Dove Band, House of Hex, Mitchell Makoons & Caitlin Baker, Beth, Kaos, Ilona Verley, Miss Sandi Bay and the Rainbow Tornadoes and more!!!

Sunday, June 14th is our Pride March and Rally starting at Brandon City Hall. Rally starts at 11:00 am and the march will start around 11:30 am.

🌈 Brandon Pride

Women's Drum Learning will move outdoors for the season starting tonight (Thu Jun 4/26) !! Our first outdoor circle will be at Brandon Riverbank ~ find us near the picnic shelters (use the east entrance). We will have some lawnchairs and water available but please bring your own if you can!

Women's Drum 6- 8 pm ....... Women & Two-Spirit of all Nations & Relations welcome! No experience or knowledge necessary ~ we are are learning together! 💗

🏳️‍🌈 June is Pride Month at BU! Today, we raised both the Intersex Inclusive Progress Pride flag and 2 Spirit Pride flag on our front campus flagpoles. Thanks to BU, BUSU, and BUQueer members who joined us this morning. We looking forward to all of ’s events!
