BU CARES and the Centre for Critical Studies of Rural Mental Health are pleased to invite you to our upcoming Think & Nibble event, featuring More Than a Story: Talking About Students’ Mental Health and Well-Being.

Over this forum, Payton M. L. Senger (author of Where the Wildflowers Grow), Cheryl Fleming (Diversity and Human Rights Advisor), Dr. Gadsden (Faculty of Education) and Dr. Antoniuk (Faculty of Education) come together to share stories, provide resources, and open the floor for important conversations on mental health and well-being with the BU community.

This is a wonderful opportunity to connect with colleagues and peers across the university, enjoy some time together, and engage in critical conversation.

The Campus Cupboard is seeking donations of canned soups, stews, and other canned meals. If you've got some extras in your cupboard and are feeling generous, we'd love to help out! Today, we honour the survivors, families, and communities whose lives were impacted by residential schools, and remember the children who never made it home.

While the BUSU Office is closed for National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, we encourage everyone to take today to attend a National Day for Truth and Reconciliation event in your area.

Listen to the survivors’ stories, learn more about how we can work towards reconciliation, and join us in honouring the strength, culture, and contributions of Indigenous Peoples today, and every day.
