📩 No Response After Your PSW Interview? What to Do Next
Waiting to hear back can feel frustrating. A delayed response doesn’t always mean you weren’t selected.
✅ Check the timeline: If the interviewer gave you a response date, allow that date to pass before following up.
✅ Send a brief follow-up: If no timeline was given, consider checking in after about a week. Thank them, mention the role, and ask if there’s an update.
✅ Prepare your references: Let your references know they may receive a call and confirm their contact details.
✅ Keep applying: Continue exploring other PSW opportunities while you wait.
✅ Reflect on the interview: Note the questions you found challenging and practise your answers for next time.
