Beyond Kung Fu

Another successful June testing! Congrats to all who moved to their next level.

Exciting long weekend for Beyond Kung Fu at the 2026 Provincial Wushu Classic & OSG Qualifiers. Everyone who competed in both Sanda and Traditional had a great showing. Thank you to .official for organizing such a well run event!

represented Beyond Kung Fu well with a win in his first C class event at the Sanda Regional tournament on Sunday. We had great volunteer bag support from a couple of our students and Shifu Lesley and Shifu Phil were helping with corner judging. It was great experience for all and the fighters showed great spirit and athleticism! Thank you to .official for providing these opportunities for athletes to develop and continue to gain ring experience.

Beyond Kung Fu had a great day with .official and at the Under 17 - Class D Sanda tournament. Our students represented our club well and worked hard. Everyone should be proud of themselves for stepping out onto the floor, especially as this was their first time in D level. Looking forward to all the great Sanda events planned for the year!

Big testing weekend! Congratulations to all who moved on to the next level and thank you to those students who came out to help. Seeing all the effort and hard work, not only during the test, but also during all the classes leading to that point has been great to witness. Everyone should be proud.
