As soon as we left the ring, Fiona asked for feedback and vowed to train for the next class (she showed up last night).
So proud of Fiona, for giving her all in training and in the fight, and especially for her attitude right after. It's easy to sulk after a loss, it takes great courage and humility to move forward and try again.

Dear Queens,
You can't build authentic confidence if you prioritize attention, not respect. Know the difference first, observe how others treat you and how you respond. It won't always feel easy, but try to choose respect over attention everytime.

Female safety and well-being is not just about physical skills, it also requires understanding social dynamics and boundary setting with families, friends and partners.
Understanding Healthy & Unhealthy Relationships seminar on Sun June 8 will be presented by the HEAL Network, which specializes in workshops to empower individuals with necessary skills for personal safety and growth.
All females 13 years and up are welcome, no training experience necessary.

Aside from training, another big part of our health is nutrition-so Iām bringing in a special guest speaker to help us out: Olivia (Liv) Geraci.
Liv is a certified personal trainer and health coach who helps women rebuild their strength and confidence without obsessing over weight or aesthetics and instead focus on how to fuel their bodies, train effectively, and feel strong without restriction.
