Working with on a quick bulk to add some solid size before cutting down towards the end of the year for his vacation body.

Love these isometric holds at 90 degree angles after a high volume bicep set to completely exhaust the muscles. The pump after is always unreal…

Working with my client on her ankle flexibility to allow for balance on her squats and to shift the weight from her toes to her heels.

Squatting for the most part is easy but getting the mechanics right and using the correct muscles throughout the movement is the tricky part!

My online client Kate has been killing it with her diet. Down 10lbs, her main goal was to target her love handles and all it took was following her macros consistently.
_
All this was done with no weights, just jogging 3x a week. Even if you don’t have everything you need, you can still maximize whatever you can control. For her this was as simple as avoiding her cravings for sugar. Super proud of the work she has put in 👌🏼

What does it really mean to love yourself?
_
Well, even though it is not easy to define in a few sentences, this is what life has taught me so far.
_
Loving yourself is being able to discipline your behaviour, and be patient at experiencing the rewards. Sustained happiness, or joy, is through disciplining your behaviour. Being able to be strong and wise enough to not let external factors determine our choices, but let our inner voice, our inner love, speak for us.
_
Long story short, self love is self discipline ❤️
