2 weeks of You. 🤍

We got to meet our second little dude on August 1 and have been soaking up every moment since. 🥹

In classes there’s always a lot to be said around birth stories and the bravery it takes to share, i’m also realising how much processing you sometimes have to go through to get there.. 🥴

After 4 days of prodromal labour (not the gentle kind either, cuz why would it be, right 🥲), I was admitted, and 3 hours later on the table for an emergency cesarian.. Not the VBAC I was wishing for but I firmly believe the timing of everything saved one, if not both of our lives. I’ve spent the last two weeks recovering but also feeling extremelyyyy grateful that his entry happened the way that it did, even if it was the complete opposite of what I envisioned for us. 😂

Caught some time outdoors with this guy yesterday, if you’ve seen me lately, you know this is a big win. 🥲

honestly, going through a pregnancy that’s outside the ‘norm’ to people can really take a toll mentally between the commentary and just overwhelm of appointments alone lol.. so, we’re rolling (literally) into the third trimester really trying to soak in this time that’s left and keep a clear mind. — hopeful that i’ll be joining you all in some pop-up classes too so keep an eye out! 😌

(if you’re my physio, chiro or RMT I promise I was sitting on padding pls don’t yell at me 😭)

An afternoon full of music, movement, and all sweet moments is always our fav! 💛🎶

Thanks to Ms. Aria from for such a fun and engaging class for our mamas and littles. Watching the littles light up through song and play is always so special. 🥹

The honest ones, the “same here,” the things you didn’t even realize you needed to say out loud.. It’s never just about the babes, it’s about us too. 🫶🏽

As I get ready to step back into that phase again, this feels like a quiet reminder to myself just as much as anything.

We’re SO excited to launch our Mom-to-Be Mini Program! Whether it’s your first baby or your fifth, this is a space to slow down, ask questions, and feel held while surrounded by other parents who are walking a similar path.

A little recap from our Mom & Baby Pilates class hosted by Contrology & Co! ✨

There’s something so special about carving out time to move your body with your baby by your side. So our Mamas stretched, breathed, bounced a few babes, and filled their cups in the best way. 😌

+ A big thank you to Boiron Canada for spoiling our groups this season! Our Mini Movers received Coryzalia for those sniffly days, while our Mom & Baby mamas took home Camilia to help soothe teething gums.
