The first thing I do every morning is to connect with Akasha.
When I get asked how I start my day, It's my answer. Akasha became a part of my life and routine, I am in tune with the energies, and every morning even if it's for a second, I connect with it. If I have more time, after sending kids to school or to their classrooms ( as not all of them learn online due to COVID) I connect with Akasha for daily guidance, calm and more patience ( 3 kids at home is no joke) haha.
Now each one of you also can start your day the same way, connecting with Akasha. If you don't know-how, what you can do is every morning at sunrise, look at the sun and put your intention into connecting with Akasha, you can do this at Sunset time as well.
Everything is Connected with each other!
Your mind, emotions, your body everything.
