Most of the time, we confuse rewards with reinforcement. However, they both are not the same.Here is how: Reinforcement strengthen the target behaviour, increases the future frequency of the behaviour, delivered immediately after the target behavior, and most importantly specific to the individual. Rewards on the other hand, are chosen for the individual, may or may not increase the future frequency of the target behaviour and are delivered arbitrarily.

Cutting is a fine motor skills that we work on from the very beginning with the preschoolers and kindergarteners.With developing this skill children can complete a craft projects in the classroom along with their peers.
