Research I’ve done shows the following reasons:

👉🏼majority of women don’t have as strong a relationship with money compared to men

👉🏼Women prefer working for freedom instead of power

👉🏼Less women get funding from institutional investors and thus less female led businesses go public (where most billionaires are made)

I have to agree with all the above but I also believe women are definitely getting wealthier and in good time the above statements will be defunct.

My life mission is to coach women (and men) on financial literacy and see the wealth gap between the 2 genders close.
