I'm so proud of my Little Busy Bee who went off to his first day of kindergarten yesterday!
He requested a bouncy castle for his last day of preschool and we had so much fun playing and celebrating his accomplishments!
Congrats little man!

This summer I had some kiddos come back for visits.. so I decided to do weekly themes - like a summer camp!
Summer, beach, sports and super heros were our themes for July.. on top of other fun every day activities.

Water play, splash pad, mixing and pouring to make different colours, creating our own ice cream shop, sensory play, threading to make bracelets, balancing golf balls, making tennis rackets and frisbees, and even making our own super hero cape!
July was busy!!!

I just noticed I didn't post anything for June, July and August!!

Going back to June, we learned about flowers, vegetables, and gardens!

What grows in a garden? What vegetables sink or float?

To continue with our interest of summer activities, we used paper cups and other loose parts to make sand castles! Watching the kiddos focus, problem solve, share, engage in play, and express their achievements makes me soooo happy!!!
