We are thrilled to welcome Owen as our new Summer Camp Director! 🌟
Owen will work alongside Senior Directors JJ & Woody to lead our Summer Camp programming, oversee WCIT, POLARIS, ROOTS, ODYSSEY, Period Five & WEEnonah, and help make every day at Wenonah unforgettable.
2026 will mark Owen’s 16th year at Wenonah and 7th on Staff. He has become known for his thoughtful leadership, strong community spirit, and passion for creating meaningful experiences for campers and staff alike. We can’t wait to see him in this new role!

Today, on the National Day for Truth & Reconciliation, we pause to reflect on Canada’s residential school system and its devastating legacy.
At Wenonah, we remember the children who were taken from their families and communities. We honour those who died, those who survived, and the families and communities who share their stories.
Our commitments:
• To acknowledge the Indigenous lands we are privileged to live, work, and play on.
• To listen to and learn from Indigenous voices.
• To encourage our community to engage with the Truth and Reconciliation Commission’s 94 Calls to Action.
Reconciliation requires action, not just today but every day.
