“We have some upcoming events at BPS we want to remind you of.
- School cash has items to purchase, such as May Pizza, Booster Juice, Grad Hoodies and Fundraisers such as Rich Hill Candles and Kernel's Popcorn.
- BPS will be hosting our annual Arts Gala on May 28th. [5:30-7:00 pm]
- We also wish to celebrate Earth day and week.
- Trashless Tuesday [try to lighten the load in our garbage cans and avoid packaged snacks if possible] Please bring a glove to help pick-up garbage around the school.
- Wear Earth Colours Wednesday [and participate in the garbage clean up!]
- Turn down Tech Thursday [minimize tech use at school (lights, Smart boards, computers, etc.) AND at home (video games etc.)]
- For the Earth Friday! [Choose a challenge: bike to school, write an Earth pledge, spend extra time outside, plant a plant or a tree etc]
Please also send extra clothes for your child. Students in all grades would benefit from having a spare set of clothes at school.
Thank you”
