Thanks for hosting a memorable tournament, some really entertaining matches. The level of Jiu Jitsu in Western Canada is truly impressive. With the popularity of our sport growing, we are gathering better athletes, and we will soon see numerous Canadians winning on the international stage.

You are in a reactive mind set, and have zero time management skills.

You’re soft, your parents are soft and your kids are soft.

Your life is filled with quitting and failure.

Your massive ego is fragile like glass.

You’re not allowed to because your partner runs your life

You avoid challenges and situations that are uncomfortable.

You’re too cheap to invest in your mental and physical well-being.

Humans are not created equally! So stop comparing yourself to others!

Focus on you and the improvements that are occurring for you as an individual. Compare yourself to the person that first started Jiu Jitsu. Compare your hip bump sweep today, to the way you did it 6 months ago, there is undoubtedly a massive improvement.
