Today, we’re celebrating Kaden Michielsen on 10 years with Eagle Builders.

Over the past decade, Kaden has grown through several roles, from precast drafting to estimating and now as a Precast Project Manager.

But 10 years is about more than the roles along the way. It’s about the people, the opportunities to grow and the relationships built along the way.

We’re grateful for everything Kaden brings to the team. Here’s to 10 years and many more milestones ahead!

This summer, Natalie Charest joined Aggregate Design Studio as an intern and had the opportunity to experience what it means to be part of a team.

As this year’s SAIT Architectural Technologist Scholarship Recipient, Natalie brought her skills and enthusiasm to the experience and shared that her internship truly lived up to the word. She felt like an employee, part of the team and was given real work experience along the way.

Creating meaningful opportunities for students to learn, contribute and feel like they belong is what internships should be about.
