😂 Apparently, I Forgot to Post About Summer! ☀️🌈
Somehow, summer has been flying by so fast that I completely forgot to stop and tell you all about it! 🤦‍♀️😂
The truth is… we’ve been WAY too busy having fun! 💦☀️
We’ve been spending our days: 💦 Splashing and cooling off at the splash pad
🌳 Exploring and playing at different parks
🛝 Running, climbing, and getting all that energy out
🍦 Enjoying ice cream days (because… obviously! 😉)
🎂 Celebrating birthdays with our little friends
❤️ Making memories, laughing, learning, and enjoying lots of time together
And of course, one of the best parts has been spending the summer surrounded by all of our amazing little friends here at The Rainbow Tree Dayhome. 🌈💕
So, while I may have forgotten to post about our summer… I definitely haven’t forgotten how much fun we’ve been having! 🥰

I'm so excited for my friends to see this room tomorrow morning ❤️❤️.

This cozy play space is where big energy meets safe exploration! From climbing and building strength on the wall, to jumping, balancing, and stretching on the soft mats, children are free to move their bodies and build confidence at their own pace.

Whether they’re practicing coordination on the hopscotch mat, using their imagination, or simply enjoying active play, this room supports gross motor development, creativity, and self-expression in a fun and safe environment.

Every giggle, climb, and jump is a step toward growing stronger, braver, and more independent

At The Rainbow Tree Day Home, every day is filled with play, discovery, and learning! Through hands-on activities, creative exploration, and lots of laughter.

At The Rainbow Tree Dayhome, I believe the very best learning happens when children are free to lead the way through play.
This week looked like little hands exploring textures, curious minds experimenting with art, and brave bodies climbing, balancing, and discovering what they can do. Each activity was chosen by the children, guided by their interests, and supported with gentle encouragement.
Through child-led play, they are building confidence, strengthening fine and gross motor skills, learning to problem-solve, and developing social connections all while having fun.
I follow their curiosity, celebrate their individuality, and create a space where learning feels joyful, meaningful, and natural. 🌈
Because when children are trusted to explore, amazing growth happens.

Moments like these remind me why I love what I do creating memories, magic, and childhood moments they’ll carry forever. Today was full of joy, warmth, and a little Christmas magic sprinkled everywhere. ❤️🎄✨

Today was all about creativity, colour, and a little Christmas magic. The kids dove into Christmas art, decorating trees, exploring markers, glue, and sparkly details.
These moments aren’t just about making something cute to take home, they’re about building fine motor skills, encouraging creativity, and giving each child the freedom to express themselves in their own unique way. Watching their focus, excitement, and pride in their artwork is always the best part.
