Silent Auction Fundraiser

🎉 Quinte Child Care Centre is looking for donations for our upcoming Silent Auction! 🎉

We are currently raising funds to upgrade and improve our playground, creating an even better space for the children in our care to play, explore, and learn. 🛝🌳❤️

We are accepting donations between now and September 11th. If you, your business, or someone you know would like to donate an item, gift certificate, basket, service, or other contribution, we would love to hear from you!

We had so much fun spending time with the Grade 5s on our playground this morning! The children loved playing together, sharing laughs, and making memories to kick off summer break.

🦋 Bye Bye, Butterflies! 🦋

Today was a very exciting and emotional day as we released our butterflies! After watching them grow from tiny caterpillars, measuring them, observing their chrysalises, and seeing them emerge as beautiful butterflies, it was finally time to let them spread their wings and fly. 💙

The children have loved every step of this amazing journey and learned so much about the butterfly life cycle. While we're a little sad to see our butterflies go, we're happy knowing they're off on their next adventure. 🌸☀️

Goodbye, butterflies! Thank you for helping us learn, grow, and wonder. 🦋✨

We’ve been soaking up the sunshine and enjoying lots of outdoor playtime lately! From sandbox adventures and bike rides to basketball, balancing games, and lots of giggles with friends — the children have been busy making wonderful summer memories together. 🧸💛

Outdoor play helps build friendships, confidence, creativity, and so many important skills while having FUN! 🌈✨
