🥋 Karate is for every age and every ability!

Our 55+ Silver Dragons Karate Class is growing, and we’re proud to have students who are not only 55+, but well beyond that! ❤️

Whether you’re returning to martial arts after many years, trying karate for the first time, or simply looking for a fun way to stay active, you’re welcome here.

We modify techniques, exercises and training to suit different ages, fitness levels, mobility and abilities. There’s no need to be in perfect shape or have previous experience—we meet you where you are and help you progress at your own pace.

It’s never too late to start something new. 💪🥋

🥋 A Night to Remember! ❤️

Last night, we had the honour of celebrating the retirement of Sensei George Misuraca and reflecting on the incredible impact he has had on so many students, families, and our karate community.

From countless hours in the dojo to the lessons that extend far beyond karate, his dedication, patience, and passion have helped shape generations of martial artists. The memories, friendships, and life lessons created along the way will continue to be a lasting part of our dojo family.

Thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate, share stories, laugh, reminisce, and show their appreciation. It was a truly special evening made even more meaningful by the people whose lives Sensei has touched over the years.

While one chapter may be coming to a close, the legacy of the dojo continues. 🥋

Thank you, Sensei, for everything!

🥋 We couldn’t be prouder of our 55+ Karate Class! ❤️
What an amazing start to this new program! Our students have been showing up, putting in the work, challenging themselves, and most importantly — having fun while doing it.

It takes courage to step onto the dojo floor, especially when you’re trying something new or getting back into karate after many years away. Our 55+ students are proving that age is not a limitation — it’s just another reason to keep moving, learning and growing.

We’re so proud of the dedication, determination and positive spirit we’re seeing in this class. Every punch, kick, stance and technique is a step forward. 👊

And this is just the beginning!
Strong body. Strong mind. Strong spirit. At any age. 🥋
