Thanks to Belleville Fire and Emergency Services for our end of the year “splash out” today. We couldn’t have had any more fun - smiles all around!

KA had a great end of year celebration at the Pirate Ship Park and Splash Pad. Physical activity, noticing and observing the different trees and plants in nature, problem solving and working on their friendships ☺️

5M and 6SV are arriving earlier than scheduled from their trip to the zoo. Estimated arrival time is now 4:42pm!

Board games day in 3S! Board games teach us so many great literacy, numeracy and co-operation skills!

KA is recognizing and celebrating the cultures and contributions of the First Nations, Inuit, and Métis Indigenous peoples of Canada. We read the story of turtle Island and did a guided drawing based on Norval Morrisseau CM RCA, also known as Copper Thunderbird, who was an Indigenous Canadian artist from the Bingwi Neyaashi Anishinaabek First Nation. He is widely regarded as the grandfather of contemporary Indigenous art in Canada.

1T and 3S had a lot of fun at Bleeker Park celebrating another great school year!

1/2T had a wonderful morning at the Glanmore House! They tried outdoor and indoor games and activities from the late 1800s.

KA have been comparing and contrasting differences and similarities and created their own spot the difference pictures
