Today we went for a walk to look at Christmas decorations.
Bailey's has a SANTA & GRINCH. Oh and a talking tree!
We went inside to look all around. We created a bit of a stir and staff all came out to talk to them, and asked permission to give them candy canes off the tree! (They have them in their backpacks!)
Everyone welcomed the kids, pointed out different decorations, and gave them room to fully look around. The kids loved it. The public loved them. And Bailey's was amazing especially considering we didn't buy anything we just came to enjoy their decorations!

Hi everyone!

Little Critters Childcare is relocating to Beaverlodge AB in January 2024.

I wanted to introduce myself as we are relocating to Beaverlodge next month from Vancouver Island. I am an ECE (equivalent to level 2 in AB). My 19 yr old daughter is coming with me. We both have our Emergency Childcare 1st Aid and CRC.

My son has been working there almost 2 yrs now and my daughter and I are coming to join him.

I operate a multiage daycare called Little Critters Daycare in Qualicum Beach with my daughter. We are bringing our daycare items and opening a private home daycare on the property we are moving into.

As the name suggests we have many animals and we incorporate animals into our program. We have horses, cats, dogs, bunnies, sugar gliders, a chinchilla and a big tank of fish!

Since we will be operating from our property our hours will be super flexible to help families needing care. We will be ready to accept children into our program Jan 7th.

We will spend time outside every day even if just short periods multiple times a day.

If you would like to see some of the activities we do in our center feel free to look up our FB page Little Critters Childcare Center.

If anyone is looking for care beginning in Jan please feel free to reach out! We look forward to meeting the local families!
