We offer classes for all ages, from 4 years old and up! And we have family rates available so parents and kids can train and have fun together.

April 11, 1955 Taekwon-do was given it's name.

Did General Choi realize the impact of his work? Thousands of people have practiced Taekwon-do since it's inception. Lives have been changed because of Taekwon-do. It all started with a man with a big vision and the courage to go after it.

Today as we reflect on 68 years of this beautiful art, let's be reminded to be courageous enough to follow our dreams because those dreams could be the start of something bigger than you could ever imagine. 🔥

We have had several families progress all the way to Black Belt and beyond together! Come try a free class any Tuesday or Thursday.

It’s a new year. Set new goals. Try new things. We see you parents who watch longingly from the benches … one day you’ll finally have the courage to try a class. Then you’ll say, why didn’t I do this sooner!?

The best part about martial arts is that it is a lifestyle - there’s no age limit.

So moms and dads, get off the side lines and on to the floor!
