Another successful Grade 9 Camping Trip in the books! Students had three fun days hiking and exploring in the mountains.

Thank you to our teachers and parent volunteers for making this happen, particularly Mr Morin for the countless hours he spends organizing!

As well, thank you to the EJELS Parent Council and Chemco for their donations towards the trip!! It is greatly appreciated!

Grade 9's - we have a busy/fun week coming up! 🏕

We are so proud of two grade 9 immersion students, Savannah and Avery, who represented our school and immersion program at Les Jeux Francophones de l'Alberta! 

They spent the weekend playing badminton and Kin-Ball against hundreds of other French-speaking and francophile youth from across Alberta. Les JFA is an annual event that brings youth together to celebrate Francophone culture through competition; the perfect way to practice French!

The girls are already planning to attend next year in Grande Prairie! Bravo les filles! Nous sommes fiers de vous! 

🥇🥇 A special shoutout to Savannah, who crushed it in badminton and earned TWO GOLD MEDALS! (Huge thanks to Mr. Mistol for leading such a phenomenal badminton program at EJELS!)
