A throwback to Anguilla, when I finally went to KATHLEEN CAMERON retreat - something I wanted to be there for because I truly believed I deserved it.

Honestly, right up until it happened, everything around me was saying it wasn’t going to work out. Timing, logistics, all of it.
I kept thinking “how is this actually going to come together?”
And then it just did.
And once I was there, I got supported in a way I genuinely didn’t see coming. Not from where I thought it would come from. Just... taken care of, in the most precious way.
That’s what I understood when I looked back - that sometimes we’re so focused on getting support from one specific place that we completely miss all the ways it’s already showing up for us. Divine support doesn’t really leave. We just have to be willing to walk through whatever door actually opens, even if it’s not the one we had our eye on.
Bob Proctor has this line I think about a lot: Let go and let God. That trip was such a real example of it for me.

Asking for help is not weakness. I don’t know who taught us that, but it was a big fat lie.
Help is one of the most powerful things we can give and receive. It could be solving a problem. Sharing a perspective. Or even saving a life.
Something to truly truly understand is- when you allow someone to help you, you are actually creating abundance for them too. Because genuine help always comes back. Maybe from the same person. Maybe from somewhere completely unexpected. But it comes back. That is just how the universe works.

Now - and this is important - genuine help.
Not using people. Not ordering others around. Not helping when it costs you your peace or your wellbeing. You help when you truly can, when the other truly needs it, and when it comes from a real place in your heart.
That is the kind of help that changes lives.
