Beaconsfield High School - Infinite Possibilities

Greetings BHS families,

The return to school is quickly approaching, and preparations for our students’ arrival are well underway. We extend a very special welcome to our incoming grade 7 students and to all those who are new to Beaconsfield High School!

Here are some important details / reminders;

- Start dates: Sec 1 students begin Monday, Aug 31st -Day 1 (and remain home Sept 1st). *Sec 1 students will be treated to a BBQ on their first day so no lunch is required. Sec 2-5 students begin Tuesday, Sept 1st -Day 1. All students then resume school on Wednesday, Sept 2nd -Day 2.

- Schedules: Student schedules will be released Thursday morning (August 27th). For any login issues, please contact the helpdesk.

- School Supplies: Here is the Recommended School Supplies for Sec 1. For students in Sec 2 to 5, teachers will inform them of the specific materials required during the first week of school. - Meet the Teacher Night & AGM & BHSwear Thrift Sale: Join us Thursday, Aug 27th (6:45pm) to meet your child’s teachers and visit the school. Our Annual General Assembly of the Governing Board will also be taking place at 6pm in the library - more details to come. Gently-used BHS wear will be on sale in the caf ($5 per item- cash or debit accepted).

This year, 387 athletes played a sport at BHS, we had 79 teams in total. Congratulations to all Bison athletes and a special shoutout to our award winners! 🦬

Our students showed determination, teamwork, and incredible school spirit. Most importantly, they had fun and left feeling proud of what they accomplished. What a memorable way to end the year!
