The Story Stop is kicking off its family literacy pop-ups this THURSDAY! 🦖This weeks' theme is DINO-MITE READERS. Families are invited to come stomp, chomp and read with us as we learn about everything dinosaurs.

This year, we had our first annual BCS Art Show. Today, we revealed the top vote getters from Pre-K-Grade 3 and from Grades 4-6. We have framed the winners’ art and will be hanging them up in our school to create a gallery wall that will be added to for years to come. Congratulations to our winners: Benzley, Summer, Emma and Jayla. We also presented our top class vote getters with certificates of recognition. 🎉💚

Today we said goodbye to our Grade 6 students. We wish them all the best as they move on to high school. We hope they know how proud we are of them!! We will be cheering them on. Always! 🎉💚

Today our staff and students attended the National Indigenous People’s Day Powwow at the Western Development Museum.

Today at BCS, we ended the day with a Dance Party. So much fun!! 🤩🕺🏼💃🏻💚
