Hello everyone! Summer is almost over which means it's time to start thinking of the new dance season!
Here is the schedule for the new year.

☀️ SUMMER ACRO INTENSIVE ☀️

Summer is the perfect time to focus on acro!

Without the demands of a busy dance season, dancers have the opportunity to slow down and dedicate time to building the strength, flexibility, balance, and technique that will help them succeed all year long. Whether you’re working toward your first walkover or refining advanced skills, consistent training now will give you a strong foundation for the upcoming dance season.

📅 August 10-14
🕘 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
💲 $225 +tax
🤸 Age 10+ with prior acro or gymnastics experience

Throughout the week, dancers will enjoy:

✨ Flexibility and mobility training
✨ Strength and conditioning
✨ Balance and control
✨ Safe acro progressions based on individual skill level
✨ Handstands, walkovers, limbers, aerials, and more (depending on student’s level)
✨ Proper technique and injury prevention
✨ Team-building challenges
✨ Outdoor activities and games
✨ A fun, encouraging, and supportive environment where every dancer can grow

This intensive is a great opportunity to make new friends, build confidence, and return to dance in September feeling stronger, more prepared, and ready to take on new challenges.

🎉 Registration is intentionally limited to keep class sizes small, allowing each dancer to receive individualized coaching, safe spotting, and personalized feedback throughout the week.
