Our Mini Master Chefs are officially in the kitchen! 👩‍🍳👨‍🍳

What a fantastic first day!

Today, our campers rolled up their sleeves and learned how to make pizza completely from scratch. They mixed and kneaded their own dough, created their personal pizzas, and cooked them to perfection in the air fryer. Needless to say... they were delicious!

In the afternoon, we cooled off by making homemade frozen Greek yogurt pops with fresh oranges—a healthy summer treat that was a huge hit.

The best part wasn't just the food. It was watching our campers build confidence, follow recipes, work together, and discover just how much fun learning can be.

Tomorrow we're back in the kitchen to make veggie and cheese wontons and vanilla cupcakes, and our Mini Master Chefs can't wait!

This week at Survivor Skills Camp at ACE, our students put their teamwork to the ultimate test! 💪🦋

From designing creative team flags to building butterfly images with linking cubes, every activity challenged them to think, collaborate, and problem-solve together. They took on a ping pong precision challenge, practiced essential knot-tying skills, and sharpened their memory in Monster Memory Match—all while earning points for their teams!

Each moment was filled with communication, creativity, and trust, proving that teamwork truly makes anything possible!

For the past several weeks, our students have been learning about these amazing butterflies as they grew and changed through each stage of their life cycle. From tiny caterpillars to cocoons and now beautiful butterflies, it has been such a fun experience to watch and learn from.

At ACE, we love bringing learning to life and giving students the opportunity to experience the wonder of science firsthand. Sometimes the best lessons happen when we slow down and watch nature work its magic. 🦋🌿

🚀 STEM Pod fun at ACE! 🚀

This week, our students put their engineering skills to the test by building a Corn Hole Catapult! 🎯

While they were busy launching bean bags and having a blast, they were also developing important skills like teamwork, problem-solving, critical thinking, communication, creativity, and perseverance. 💡

The best part? Learning didn’t feel like work—it felt like fun! That’s the magic of hands-on STEM learning. 💜
