Ontario Sea Kayak Centre Welcome to Ontario’s home for sea kayak instruction and guided trips. Our certified wilderness guides lead sea kayak tours across Canada and Internationally.

Our experienced instructors teach all levels in the Paddle Canada Sea Kayak skills program. Ontario Sea Kayak Centre offers fully guided sea kayaking trips in Canada and Internationally. In Ontario OSKC teaches Paddle Canada courses in numerous locations and annually hosts "Paddlepalooza Georgian Bay kayaking festival" in May, "Women on Water" in June and "Ontario Greenland Camp" in September. OSKC was voted "Best Kayak School in Eastern Canada" by readers of Sea Kayaker magazine.

It is our privilege to have served the Canadian Kayaking community for over 18 years. Paddlepalooza allows us to get together with some of our favourite coaches from across Canada and this year, 107 paddlers from as close as Parry Sound, and as far away as Reno, Nevada! This was our biggest event yet and we are still growing.

Thank you to P&H Sea Kayaks for donating our grand door prize, a Leo Kayak, also to North Water Paddle Sports Equipment Kingdom Outdoor Gram Kajak Salus Marine Wear Kokatat and others for our 50 door prizes!

This year we tried something new at Paddlepalooza… The Paddlepalooza Village.

And it’s here to stay. 🙌

The idea was simple: create a place where everyone could come together after a day on the water hang out, meet new people, share stories, learn something new, play a few games and just enjoy being part of the Ontario paddling community.

It turned into exactly that.

The Village became the heart of Paddlepalooza in the evening. There were conversations, mini learning sessions, games, laughs, new friendships and plenty of stories from the day’s adventures.

For us, Paddlepalooza has always been about more than improving your paddling. It’s about bringing paddlers together and building community.

The Village was a first for 2026 but it definitely won’t be the last.

Thanks to everyone who pulled up a chair and made it what it was, we can’t wait for it to grow from here.
