Leny Bayda is a dedicated professional with a Bachelor of Communications and Graduate Certificates in Human Resources Management and Teaching English as a Second Language (TESL). Since 2019, she has worked across various departments at Georgian College, including Human Resources, Corporate Training, and The International Department. In her current role as Employer Engagement Consultant, Leny excels at bridging the gap between talented students and employers, creating meaningful co-op opportunities that drive success for both parties. With extensive expertise in immigration case management and English language education, she is deeply committed to empowering newcomers and international students to thrive in their careers. In her free time, Leny enjoys spending time with her family, singing, and watching movies.
