We are so grateful for the review by ASAT - Association for Science in Autism Treatment! 🙏

Effective supervision is more than oversight—it’s a professional and ethical responsibility. As outlined in Section 4 of the BACB Ethics Code, Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) are charged with developing supervisee competence, protecting consumers of behavior analytic services, and upholding the integrity of applied behavior analysis (ABA). To support this important responsibility, ASAT Extern, Zaliyna Hina, and Board Member, Kate McKenna, MEd, MSEd, MS, BCBA, LBA, reviewed Effective Teaching Procedures: Instructor Therapist Performance Quality Checklists. The author of this resource, Tammy Frazer, BCBA, offers a practical framework for training and evaluating therapists. Published by Different Roads to Learning, Effective Teaching Procedures breaks complex teaching behaviors into observable, measurable components making it easier to ensure treatment fidelity and promote therapist growth.
