Movement Education for Healthy Living Monkeynastix is a fun and challenging non-competitive fitness movement education program for children ages 1 to 8 years.
With over 15 years in the children’s fitness industry, Monkeynastix provides professional programs specifically designed for modern children. Monkeynastix instructors have all completed our 6 day training course and have ECE, Teaching or Fitness backgrounds with up to date CPR and Police Clearances.
