Next Thursday, April 2nd, will be our annual Easter party 🎉
There will be themed sensory, a charcuterie lunch and an Easter egg hunt!!

I would like to ask my families to bring in something to contribute to the Easter baskets for our friends.

The luck of the Irish has come and gone, but not before we could party about it 😆
We had an assortment of fun props to try on, green packing peanuts (or spongies, if you’re Olivia lol) and an array of different utensils, to work on our fine motor skills. We listened and danced to some good ol’ Irish jigs and even painted some shamrocks green and orange - the colours of the flag 🇮🇪
It was a great day and a big shout out thanks to Riley and Hudson’s Mom for bringing in some homemade m&m cookies for everyone 💚🤍🧡

Our annual St. Patrick’s Day party will be next Tuesday, March 17th.
Please dress my friends in all the green they have and showing up with props/accessories is welcomed!

Valentines Day has come and gone and my friends had such a great day, even if it was a short day at daycare!
We did some fun activities, like colouring a Valentine’s for our parents, playing with a sensory bin full of rose petals, red jewels, felt hearts and shredded crinkle paper, and worked on our fine motor skills with some foam hearts and heart shaped ice cube trays 😃
We had a love song dance party, had a charcuterie lunch and yummy snacks that were brought in from our parents and then had a blast handing out our Valentine’s to our friends 🥰

Thank you to all my parents who brought in goodies and Valentine’s for all our friends, it really made this party so memorable for everyone 💌💗

We have a temporary PART TIME spot that is opening up at the start of June, 2026 (T/W/Th/F) and ending at the start of September.
We have a FRIDAY ONLY spot available for immediate enrolment as well.

Also, starting at the beginning of September, 2026, I will have specifically a Thursday/Friday and a Friday spot that are available.
I know those may be odd days, but they’re perfect for that stay at home Mom who is looking for a day or two in her week to get things done, without the worry of their little one gobbling up all their time ☺️

Unfortunately, I do not work with school age kids, so friends who are three years of age and younger are welcome!

I am located in the southwest end of Barrie, at the end of Ardagh, towards CR27.

We have daily sensory, music and movement, circle and reading time, outdoor play, home cooked meals and snacks and themed party days.

I have worked in childcare since 2007 and opened my own home daycare in 2013.

I have a current criminal record check, am first aid and CPR trained for infants and toddlers.

I am an unlicensed daycare, which all that means is that I do not work for a government run agency, as it is the agency that is licensed and not the actual care provider.

✨ CHRISTMAS PARTY ALERT ✨

It’s that time of year already…. Time for our annual Christmas party 🎉
It will be held on Christmas Eve - next Wednesday - and a reminder to parents that I am closed at NOON that day.
I am asking for all of my little friends to come dressed in their Christmas jammies and arrive by 8am so they don’t miss out on any of the activities!!
There will be activities, dance party, snacks and presents to open from the big guy himself and brought in by our elf friend, Clark 😃

If parents could please bring in something to contribute to our kid friendly charcuterie brunch, that would be a really big help!!
