Fall tends to get busy quickly, and certification renewal can easily become one of those “I'll get to it” tasks. Until suddenly you need proof of current training for work or school.

Every month we get to train people from all walks of life—parents, students, healthcare professionals, educators, tradespeople, coaches, business owners and workplace teams.

First aid is one of those skills you hope you never need, but can be incredibly grateful to have when someone needs help.

Emergencies don't only happen in hospitals.

MYTH: “I'll remember what to do. I took First Aid years ago.”

First aid knowledge isn't something most of us use every day, and that's exactly why skills can become rusty.

💕 Could you confidently remember what to do for severe bleeding?
💕 Choking?
💕 An unresponsive person?
💕 A suspected stroke?
💕 Anaphylaxis?

Training gives you the opportunity to revisit those skills, practice them and ask questions before you're dealing with the pressure of an actual emergency.
