Yesterday, we celebrated the wonderful friendships that blossom each day in our centre. From sharing toys and laughter to helping one another and creating lasting memories, friendship is at the heart of everything we do. 🌈

🦈 Shark Week has arrived in our Toddler Rooms! 🌊

This week our little learners are diving into the amazing world of sharks through hands-on activities, stories, crafts, and sensory play. It’s been a fin-tastic adventure filled with curiosity, learning, and lots of smiles as we explore these incredible ocean animals together! 💙🌊

🎄✨ Christmas came a little early at Elder Tree on Friday as we celebrated Christmas in July! ❤️💚

The children had so much fun embracing the holiday spirit with festive activities, smiles, laughter, and plenty of Christmas cheer. It was wonderful to see everyone enjoying this special day together and creating magical memories—even in the middle of the summer!

Today we celebrated Egyptian Heritage Day by exploring the wonders of ancient Egypt! 🇪🇬✨

Our little learners had so much fun using their creativity and teamwork to build their very own pyramids while learning about one of the world’s oldest civilizations. Hands-on activities like these help spark curiosity, imagination, and a love of learning!

🧸🥪 Teddy Bear Picnic Day was a beary special adventure at our centre today! Our children had so much fun bringing their favourite teddy bears to join them for a picnic lunch. Together, they enjoyed delicious food, shared stories, and made wonderful memories with their cuddly friends by their side.

👃✨ This week, our Toddler 1 classroom is exploring the 5 Senses! This week, we put our sense of smell to the test by smelling a variety of safe, familiar items like 🍋 lemon, 🌿 vanilla, ☕ coffee, and 💜 lavender. We love seeing their curiosity bloom as they discover the world through their senses!

🐠🌊 Finding Nemo Week

This week, we went “ice fishing” to rescue frozen sea animals, created colorful ocean art and enjoyed a water sensory play experience filled with sea creatures that encouraged imaginative play and storytelling.

From strengthening fine motor skills to encouraging curiosity and creativity, every activity has been an underwater adventure! We can’t wait to see what the rest of Finding Nemo Week brings. 🐢🐙🐟
