Coming up!

Temporary Pool Closure: the aquatics centre at Elevation Place will be closed beginning at 12 p.m. on Saturday, October 22 until 2 p.m. on October 23 for a Bow Valley Riptides swim meet. Thank you for your understanding as we support our local athletes.

Access to the fitness centre and climbing gym will not be impacted during the aquatics centre closure.

Two great activities are coming up to celebrate Halloween!

Echoes of the Forest Halloween
Listen to spooky stories and fireside songs by local musicians at on Sunday, Oct. 30, 12:30 – 3:30 p.m. Play frightful games, create some spooky arts and crafts, and connect with your community. For all ages.
Please bring your own cups for hot chocolate, apple cider, and tea.
Banff Public Library Storytime is at 1:30 p.m., 2:15 p.m., and 3 p.m.
Location: Little Bow and Protection Shelters in the Banff Recreation Grounds.
No registration required

Art in the Park with Mindy
Enjoy an hour of guided outdoor painting to celebrate Halloween on Sunday, Oct. 30 at the recreation grounds. Use acrylic paints to create a beautiful outdoor masterpiece. All materials provided. For ages 6+.

Family Connection Centre Open House 🎃

At the Family Connection Centre, we deliver programs focused on child and youth development, building parent and caregiver capacity, and bringing families together to create a socially connected community.

We invite you to visit our space on Oct. 22, from 2-5 p.m. for a spooky 👻 open house with Halloween-themed crafts, candy, and entertainment! Parents, caregivers, and children and youth aged 0-14 are welcome.
