AB BME Conference Reminder!!
We are compiling a master PowerPoint presentation with all podium and 3MT presentations. As back up, also bring a copy of your final presentation on a USB to the conference.
Posters will be permitted to go up starting on Saturday at 7 AM (7:00) in both rooms. Take down is permitted starting on Saturday at 7 PM (19:00).

We're a month out from seeing everyone at the conference! Make sure to register if you haven't yet and book your hotel rooms (limited rooms left)!

The conference starts tomorrow ⚠️ Make sure to check your emails for a link to CVENT from [email protected] to attend online. If you can’t find the email in your inbox, please check your junk and spam folders! Otherwise we will see everyone tomorrow in Banff! Registration opens at 1 PM and opening remarks kick off at 3 PM. We’re so excited to bring you the 22nd Annual AB BME Conference!

Did you miss pick up today? We have pick up times at both the University of Calgary from 10-12 PM and the University of Alberta from 12-2 PM! Also did we mention the conference program is now live on our website

What do you get when you drink root beer from a square glass? Just beer! We finally finished packing all the AB BME branded pint glasses and soda for everyone’s conference gift bag. If you’re unable to pick up at the conference, we have pick up times at both the University of Calgary and Alberta on Wednesday and Thursday. Thank you to our friends .buddies for helping us out today!
