Tuesday, April 7, 2026:

Due to the heavy snow received overnight, school bus and taxi transportation is cancelled for Our Lady of Mercy and St. Martin of Tours today,

Schools will remain open however any students driven to school by parents/guardians will need to be picked up at the end of the day.
Please travel safely.

Tuesday, April 7, 2026:

Due to the heavy snow received in some areas overnight, school bus and taxi transportation is cancelled in Tri-Board’s North Hastings & Centre Hastings weather zones today.

A bus is cancelled in a weather zone if it serves a school or has a bus stop located in the weather zone. Buses may be cancelled in other weather zones based on localized forecast conditions.

Schools will remain open however any students driven to school by parents/guardians will need to be picked up at the end of the day.

SCHOOL CLOSURE- St. Martin of Tours Catholic School in Whitney and Our Lady of Mercy Catholic School in Bancroft are closed on March 11th due to inclement weather.

As always, the safety of our students, staff, and community is a priority.

Wednesday, March 11, 2026:

Due to the expected freezing rain, school bus and taxi transportation is cancelled in Tri-Board’s central and northern weather zones today.

SOME schools are closed today in these weather zones. Families will receive communication from their school/school board if their school is closed.

Otherwise, other schools will remain open however any students driven to school by parents/guardians will need to be picked up at the end of the day.
