Light bends when it moves from one place to another—like from air into water—because it changes speed, kind of like a bike slowing down when it rides from pavement onto grass. That’s why things can look wiggly or moved in water! A mirror can also bounce light back to our eyes, and the sun is the big light source that sends all those light rays for us to see. So, with water, mirrors, and sunlight, we can watch light bend and bounce in really cool ways!
