North Star Community School

We say goodbye to a wonderful school which brought years of learning, fun, smiles, and memories. Extra curriculars, special events, graduations and many more wonderful events. Although the sounds of playing, laughter and learning will no longer echo through the halls of this amazing school, we look forward to creating even more memories in our new home Northern Lakes K-12 School. Thank you to all our staff, past and present who have inspired and taught our youth. Your hours of dedication, patience and passion for learning will be cherished by generations. Thank you to our students who made this such a fun learning centre. Thank you to our community members and families whose support and involvement in our school events made us even more connected. Our little school had a big heart and the love, care and passion will continue on in spirit at Northern Lakes K-12 School starting August 30th!

The Mental Health Champions did a wonderful job this year promoting good mental health activities and putting up materials throughout the school. Thank you to these champions and Mrs. Morden.

For the final day of North Star Community School, we celebrated our annual Fun Day! All our students loved the water games and other stations outdoors.

For the end of the year our Grade 5 class brainstormed, created drafts and put together their own board games. All the kids had fun playing and testing their designs.

Congratulations to our first Grade 8 graduating class under the Northern Lakes School banner. You've gotten through the middle and now you're on the top. It's time to head to high school and show them all you've got. Pictures from this special event will be featured soon. 👩‍🎓👨‍🎓
