Shape Their World Home Daycare Shape Their World Home Daycare Our Philosophy:
At Shape Their World's Daycare (STW), we believe that each child is precious and capable.

A child needs to be nurtured and cared for. We believe that a child must be respected as an individual with his/her own personality and character. We feel strongly that a child should enjoy childhood, to experience life and to be filled with wonder, excitement and enthusiasm. Our curriculum is themed based with emergent aspects incorporated into that. Our home daycare provides a safe, caring, and inclusive environment for all children, which fosters independence, self-awareness, awareness of the child's environment and the growth of self-esteem and self confidence as well as empathy and respect for others. We provide a relaxed but stimulating program that will inspire exploration and learning in a “home like” setting. We encourage communication and problem solving and promote the healthy development of each child. We are also teaching the children about day to day living in French and in English. We will do this by incorporating French circles to get to know the basics and continuing French and English speaking throughout the day. Therefore it will provide young children a jump start on learning both the English and French language.
