Thanks to the amazing team at Arnprior Kids Sports Camp for reaching out to us to introduce the kids to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu! We had an incredible time sharing the sport, playing games, and seeing so many smiles on the mats.

A huge thank you to all of the camp counsellors for your energy and enthusiasm, and to the campers for giving it their all. We hope you had as much fun as we did!

Right from the first time you step onto our mats, without even knowing the people around you, you choose to trust them.

You trust that they will be respectful. You trust that they will keep you safe, even when you’re in vulnerable and uncomfortable positions. You trust that they will listen, communicate, and respect your needs and limitations.

This is how we become valued training partners. And through that trust, we get to practice this beautiful art together.

Monday to Friday, 5:30 PM 🥋 Our Little Warriors BJJ program is where kids (ages 7-11) show up and surprise themselves a little more each class.

If you’re looking for a great program to keep your child active and growing, throughout the summer (and every other season) come try a free class!!

There will be no classes on Friday, May 15th and Monday, May 18th for the long weekend. We will reopen on Tuesday, May 19th.
