How do we down-regulate after high intensity drilling/rolling?

We finish class with recover: relaxed bodies, closed eyes, and slow nasal breathing. It helps our Little Warriors shift from “GO GO GO” into recovery mode and teaches them a skill they can use far beyond the mats. 🥋🫁

Our Little Warriors and Teens BJJ classes will be cancelled on Monday, August 31st, and on Thursday, September 3rd. Classes as per usual on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday. Adult BJJ classes are still on all week.
