At Kare-A-Lot we believe that children can make a positive impact on their community.

Last week these little runners gave it there all. Despite a few minor injuries they completed their Little Fox run for cancer research.

Before our run we read a story about Terry Fox, learned a Terry Fox song and talked about who the children would be running for. We painted Terry Fox pictures and glued together a Terry craft. The children were very interested in this man who lost his leg.

Thank you to the families for helping your children collect pledges. We tripled our goal, raising $300 for the Terry Fox Foundation. ❤️

There is still time to donate. Follow the link below

I'm excited once again to teach the children about this Canadian hero and raise some money for cancer research. Our "little fox run" is Tuesday October 6.

To donate online please use the link above. Thank you for your support.

Terry Fox started a marathon against cancer. Together we can end it.

Always a pleasure to sponsor this team who is very close to my heart ❤️ Lots of incredible games happening this Fall at the Vernon college. Come on out to support our local Hawks!!! It’s free to watch. ❤️🏈

A huge thank you to an Karyn and Kare-A-Lot Early Learning Centre for your continued support of Hawks Football!

Just like on the field, it takes heart, teamwork, patience, and dedication to make a difference. We are so grateful for the care you show your community and show our team. We are lucky to have graduates of Kare-A-Lot Early Learning Centre on our team because great Early Learning helps shape the little learners of today into the players, teammates, and leaders of tomorrow.

Thank you Karyn and Kare-A-Lot Early Learning Centre!
