Welcome to the borderlands: the time between eclipses (Sept 17 - Oct 2). This liminal time is marked by the energy of no longer being in the old but not being in the new either. Somewhere in between the light and dark. Equinox. This "neither here nor there" state actually extends into late November as Pluto, the planet of transformation, finally leaves Capricorn and enters the Age of Aquarius on Nov.19th, ushering in a time of massive change over the next 19 years. A few tips to ride the waves of change: expect the unexpected, observe the extremes as they play out in the world and in your being, dissolve extremes in the crucible of your heart, and rest in the space between your in-breath and out-breath.
