Human Nutrition at Stfx This is the official page of the Department of Human Nutrition at StFX University.

The Department of Human Nutrition is a professional dietetic program, that provides a quality applied science degree in human nutrition relevant to society, that actively engages students, faculty and staff in learning, research and service. With increasing public interest in food and health, human nutrition is a dynamic field with new career opportunities emerging. StFX Human Nutrition students graduate with a strong scientific background in foods and nutrition, combined with social science perspectives, communication skills and understandings of ways to effect individual and social change.
