Antigonight: Art After Dark Festival is seeking submissions for 2023! The festival runs from September 15-16 in We are inviting artists from anywhere in the world who have roots in Nova Scotia and Atlantic Canada to create experimental new works for the festival, including but not limited to: video, performance, dance, sound, sculpture, and installation, which can be presented in-person in the town of Antigonish. The heart of Antigonight is that all projects are interactive and/or participatory in nature.

We were Bery excited in drawing 101 today to get a visit from the North Barn theatre collective.They came to demonstrate one of their many Crankies- an extremely old art form often mixing drawing and music as a way to spread news or entertainment. Both studied various types of crankies while working with the Bread and Puppet Theatre in Vermont. Thank you North Barn Theatre Collective
