If you have had an offer extended BEFORE February 1st, your offer will expire as of February 15th! Which means your current offer will be withdrawn and you will be issued a new offer based on our availability.

Going forward, all offers will have a TWO WEEK expiration date. So be sure to check your email!

Housing Coordinator here! We have seen a big number of new incoming students applying under the incorrect year. Where we are still accepting applications for the winter semester so PLEASE make sure you are applying under 2026/27!

Housing offer notifications are set to your StFX email, but you will still need to log into your housing portal and accept your offer by the expiration date.
