We are looking for our 2026 to 2027 Early Engagement Lead to join the Schwartz Women in Business Leadership Team.

This role is all about creating a welcoming experience for first-year students, building community, supporting member engagement, and getting involved in WIB events and initiatives throughout the year.

If you are enthusiastic, organized, passionate about supporting women in business, and ready to grow as a leader, we want to hear from you.
