At last month’s Alumnx Gathering we celebrated continuous learning, leadership, and community-driven action.

Our final day of gathering included inspiring words from our keynote speaker, followed by an excellent panel discussion facilitated by Alumnx Council members, Jessica Jaja (Cohort 1) and Sophie McCaffery (Cohort 8). As we closed the gathering, Jessica led the network through a beautiful closing activity, creating space to reflect on the weekend’s learnings and connections. We are so grateful for the transformative spirit and heart-led leadership displayed throughout the entire weekend. When Pathy Fellows comes together, we create a place, to learn, grow, question, and build. As we celebrate ten years of the program we thank our Alumnx for their contributions to what this Fellowship is and its continued growth.

Last month, we came together as a community through learning and connection at our Alumnx Gathering! Our second day together began with speed networking to connect across cohorts and throughout the day we enjoyed sessions led by Alumnx discussing topics ranging from craftivism to leadership fluidity. Thank you to our facilitators, Ellis Pickersgill (Cohort 3), Nicola Brogan (Cohort 5), Kishore Daggupati (Cohort 4), and Danie Mahirane (Cohort 8).

In the evening we premiered our documentary “Pathways to Change” a film following the journey’s of Pathy Fellows and Alumnx experiences ten years beyond the Fellowship! Check it out at the link in our bio!

Last month, we celebrated a decade of youth-led impact at the first night of our Alumnx Gathering, a vibrant testament to community-driven change.

We kicked off the weekend with a welcome reception at with representatives of the program and Fellows past and present sharing reflections on the first decade of the Pathy Fellowship and the communities they’ve formed and sustained. This evening of reconnection and forming of new bonds set the stage for a truly special weekend.

At last month’s Alumnx Gathering, we premiered our documentary “Pathway to Change”. This film follows the stories of three Pathy Fellows and their experiences as participants in the program and ten years beyond the Fellowship.

It was an honour to share this project with our Alumnx Network, and to celebrate the journeys of Jessica Jaja (Cohort 1), Anthony Ighomuaye (Cohort 8), and Aubrey Apps (Cohort 8), while also reflecting on and sharing what this program has meant for all those who have experienced it.
