Join us in the Mulroney Atrium until 3pm today. 💜
It is important that we recognize the significance of this event and the work that needs to continue to stop GBV.

More photos to come. Thank you so much to all of our wonderful participants and of course our fantastic volunteers!

We worked on boat designs and considered the role of buoyant forces. Our participants were so creative and caring, the work they produced was phenomenal. We had a blast!

Hi everyone, my name’s Josie and I am the 2023-2024 student president of the women in engineering society. I am from Arisaig, NS and I’m going into my second year at StFX. I plan on taking civil engineering when I get to Dalhousie.

This spring I had to opportunity to fish lobster with my father as a deckhand. I have spent the rest of my time off hanging out with friends and family.

There are several engineers in my family, many of them are women, so I know how important it is for women to encourage and support each other, especially in a male dominated field.
I’m happy to be a part of the society this year because we have an exciting year planned with lots of great events to help support the WIE community!
